Tasks and responsibilities

• Understand the business, business processes, and business needs and consult the Product Owners


• Identify the most relevant customer segments affecting the value of the product


• Requirements engineering and translation into project scope


• Administrative tasks, e.g. creation of documentation, presentation materials, scheduling of meetings


• Support a Scrum master in the coordination of development teams within the product backlog


• Support a scrum master in backlog refinement together with all relevant stakeholders


• Coordinate and administrate Backlog Management Tool (e.g. Jira) and write user stories

Studies

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business administration, life science or a comparable field


• At least 1 year of practical experience in working as a Business Analyst, ideally in international, distributed teams


• Experience in using agile tools and working in an agile project management approach


• Excellent oral and written English communication skills


• Proactivity, problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability


• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills


• Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams


• Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
