Puma Energy is seeking an experienced senior Treasury analyst with international cash management and treasury operations experience. Primary responsibilities will include management of the daily cash process, payments and funding, foreign currency hedging programs & treasury reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for daily cash management operations, including daily cash position, management of bank accounts, and FX positions.
Lead the short-term cash flow forecasting activities for the Company by partnering with affiliates and Excellence Centers to forecast timing and amounts of future cash flows, ensure proper funding of accounts based on forecasted activity and work to improve forecast reliability.
Make recommendations for and lead process improvement and automation efforts.
Support liquidity planning (WoCa) and modeling efforts, including related management reporting deliverables.
Assist Group Treasury in its journey for standardization and reinforcement of internal controls (& workflow efficiencies), more specifically in the field of I/C loan management, FX and Trade Finance activities. Develop strategy and implementation steps (tools, systems, process, people), roll out according to plan, provide training to local affiliates and follow up any after care issues.
Assist management with the development, implementation, and updating of treasury procedures.
Other special projects, ad hoc reporting, diligence support and analysis as assigned.
Assist with month-end close, reporting, and related activities as assigned.
Requirements:
Experience:
7+ years of experience in treasury analysis, financial modelling and bank relationship management in a corporate multinational environment.
Skills:
Ability to prioritize, organize, effectively manage time and work independently with little direction and oversight to meet deadlines.
Capacity for performing tasks requiring a high level of analytical ability, strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills.
Advanced spreadsheet and modelling experience with good working knowledge of databases. Demonstrated understanding of relational data and using analytics to drive solutions.
Self-motivated, flexible, hands-on approach and able to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment.
High degree of professionalism and tact in dealing with internal and external business partners.
Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
English language mandatory, Spanish and French language skills would be a plus
Competencies:
Knowledge of capital markets and liquidity management in a complex structure.
Foreign exchange and interest rate risk management experience.
Mandatory Education:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related field required.
IT Systems:
Experience with Ion IT2 TMS preferred.
Experience with MSFT Navision preferred.
