Team Lead Portfolio Financials, Governance & Reporting

Your field of responsibility

 

As Team Lead Portfolio Financials, Governance & Reporting you are responsible for coordinating and strategically steering the Financials Management & Governance processes of a large project & application portfolio within the Compliance Technology area of Credit Suisse, and join the leadership team of the function.


You will be proactively handling all inquiries in regards to budgeting, financials forecasting, demand management as well as portfolio governance and reporting. You will also support the leadership team with creating strategy decks, recruitment activities, contract management and other operational activities. 


You will lead a small team of Project Management Officers (PMO) to support the program delivery within a very complex portfolio structure, with business stakeholders across multiple divisions.


You will be using your significant experience to ensure budget allocation and oversight for multiple regulatory initiatives as well as support our Program Managers in delivering in time and budget.

You will be joining the team of Financial Crime & Swiss Universal Bank Compliance Technology with colleagues in India, Switzerland and the US. Our department is an integral part of enabling our business to fight against financial crime and ensuring the bank acts within the regulatory framework. Your skills and experience

 

As an ideal addition to our team, you bring the following skills and experiences: 



  • You are an experienced hands-on project & application portfolio financials manager / senior PMO with a focus on financials management with the competency to manage and oversee complex matters front to back. You are approaching things with a can-do attitude, act as team player and are a good communicator.

  • You have a proven track record of managing program and project financials as well as a strong understanding of program management methodology, ideally within the banking industry.

  • You have the ambition to not just administrate the portfolio financials but actively managing them by deeply understanding the portfolio deliverables, individual positions and closely partnering with the projects and programs. 

  • You bring an accurate, diligent and independent working style and you are committed to a dedicated and positive attitude.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English and the ability to explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
