You will own the global leadership of one or more of Dassault Systèmes’ most important life sciences customers. You will consider yourself the virtual CEO of these accounts and will work closely with internal and customer C-suite and the supporting functions across the pharma value-chain. You will be responsible for successful value delivery and customer satisfaction of all products, services and support worldwide.

This role is one of the most senior GCE roles in Dassault Systemes, and requires an exceptional ability to manage large teams of people within a wide, global matrix, including many C-suite executives, to deliver truly transformational experiences to this customer.


 


Key Responsibilities: 



  • Own, develop, maintain and implement the multi-year global account strategy to meet customer objectives and deliver consistent attainment of DS sales objectives on a quarterly basis

  • Lead and direct the DS account team within the global matrix to create a highly effective team that ensures exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding communication and alignment with the customer business objectives

  • Form a strong alliance with the worldwide account team, Life Sciences industry team, geographic teams and brand experts through regular team calls and close working and collaboration

  • Articulate the value DS delivers to the customer, and the value the customer delivers to DS to C-suite at both DS and customer

  • Represent DS to the customer consistent with DS business principles and ethics



  • Demonstrable success in leading enterprise, global account development through superior understanding of customer objectives and business value drivers

  • Proven ability to foster and develop C-level customer relationships gaining credibility, understanding and influencing the organizational political dynamics and competitive awareness

  • Demonstrate consistent tenacity and drive in achieving new product/services sales growth

  • Proven track record in driving enterprise account growth and consistently exceeding sales targets

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong life sciences and/or application software sales experience focused on customer success

  • A passion for the life sciences industry

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including exceptional presenting skills with success presenting to C-suite through strong business acumen and gravitas

  • Strong understanding, experience and success with consultative selling

  • Exceptional business planning and organizational skills

  • Applicants must read, write and speak fluently in German and English
