Your responsibilities


Account Management



  • Set-up and maintain a long-term business relevant customer relationship to ensure the status as preferred supplier within the category at assigned customers

  • Develop, improve and implement the customer strategy (Strategic Channel Management)

  • Set-up and execute business plans and Year-end-talks

  • Plan and coordinate all sales activities at the customers in close collaboration with the Field Force

  • Active assortment management in collaboration with Marketing and Category Management

  • Optimization of assortment and promotions
     


Cluster Key Account Manager Ecommerce



  • Development of a Cluster Ecommerce strategy in collaboration with One Demand

  • Become an internal Ecommerce Center of expertise for the Sales departments within the Cluster

  • Training of local Key Account Managers around Ecommerce

  • Working with customers to understand their Petcare online strategy and category visions; implement the sales vision for retailers by utilizing the principles from global playbook and develop with one demand the basis for customer meetings and Year-end Talks for both pure players and click & mortar customers

  • Support and implement recommendations for account and category development

  • Build e-Merchandising strategy and plans in collaboration with key retailers in order to drive awareness of our brands & products, improve portfolio visibility and conversion

  • Monitor, analyze and develop our Ecommerce specific portfolio together with one demand
     


Switzerland Ecommerce, SPT & New Business



  • Develop new concepts and business opportunities through new channels and apply a “blue ocean mindset” with special focus on SPT and Ecommerce

  • Develop & implement hunting strategy based on size of the prize for new places on Petcare

  • Manage new customer contacts (end customer/wholesaler) for new development targets in collaboration with Customer Managers wholesale

  • Set-up, improve and implement the Swiss SPT and Ecommerce Strategy and share relevant information with other Key Account Managers

What are we looking for?



  • Degree qualification or equivalent in abusiness-related discipline

  • Experience in successfully managing KeyAccounts in FMCG, ConsumerDurables/Lifestyle or B2B

  • Familiar with the requirements ofsuccessful ECommerce

  • Well organized and excellent in TimeManagement

  • Strong communicator with goodpresentation and negotiation skills

  • Fluent in German and English, French as anadvantage
