The Mission of the pan-Medtronic Sales Enablement Strategy (SES) Team:
We are looking for an individual with deep insights on sales force needs, expected behaviors, daily practices. He/she will co-define tomorrow sales process at MDT, how our sales enablement tools will support the sales process and drive sales force effectiveness. He/she will align the organization on the new sales enablement strategy and will drive its embedding into the organization leveraging key OU stakeholders within ComOps organization.
He/she will be responsible to connect with the OU stakeholders to validate assumptions and to ensure embedding into OU practices and programs. He/she will act as sales process subject matter expert as well as a change agent. OU trust of the individual is critical.
