Account Manager for the International Booking Center
Assistant to Relation Managers
Dealing with clients (meetings/trades)
Supporting colleagues off shore in the operation of their shared Swiss booked accounts
Administrative tasks for the Booking Center such as Payments, Liquidity management, listings, reportings
Profiles
Bachelor or apprenticeship
Min. 2 years experience in a similar position, ie Account Manager or senior PB assistant
Fluent in English, Chinese speaker is prefered and other languages an asset, very good communication skills to the international.
Strong customer service ethics, capacity in dealing with clients directly, on meeting and calls
Aptitude to work under pressure, to meet tight deadlines
Solid knowledge of Microsoft tools and Avaloq (optional)
Sense of responsiblities, dynamism, proactivity and flexibility.
