We are looking for a PLM Data Architect (w/m) to join our Digital Transformation Team.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and deploy global engineering Data Standards, Data Dictionary and Data Access Management

  • Optimize the concept for a global storage of manufacturing and lab data (best cost / availability balance for big data storage)

  • Lead the creation and the deployment of global libraries for standard components and simulation models in Teamcenter

  • Coordinate with the global IT team to unify best practice related to data management

  • Organize and lead training of the teams to adopt the newly deployed methodologies and standards


Requirements



  • Background in mechanical engineering, or business and administration with industrial experience

  • Experience and interest in IT

  • Deep understanding of the context of an engineering / manufacturing global company

  • Experience with PLM, especially Teamcenter would be a plus

  • Excellent knowledge of English language

  • Structured, visionary and flexible to adapt

  • Open minded and able to think out of the box

  • Able to understand global initiatives and to be part of it

  • Good communication skills to work in an international multicultural environment

  • Knowledge of German or French language skills is an asset
