Director Omnichannel Strategy & Implementation


At Sonova Audiological Care we are transforming the hearing care industry by expanding the digital offer for our customers. You have the opportunity to contribute to this revolution by joining the Marketing and Omnichannel corporate function, which is located across different countries. This specific position will be located in Steinhausen.


 


The Marketing and Omnichannel department is responsible for developing and implementing state of the art solutions for our customers, with very competent colleagues responsible for Product Management, Pricing, Branding and Communications, CRM, Omnichannel Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation and Conversion, Customer Decision Journey and Analytics.


 


The Director Omnichannel Strategy & Implementation plays a critical role in leading Sonova AC customer experience evolution and is accountable for driving meaningful change of the organization into a customer-focused establishment. This position is responsible for driving the omnichannel strategy to ensure seamless customer experience across the different touchpoints (stores, call center and online), as well as redefining the customer journeys across these three channels.



Your tasks


 



  • Developing the overall omnichannel ecosystem including technology assets underpinning the seamless experience at every interaction with our customers

  • Global responsibility for the roll-out of the overall Omnichannel strategy and implementation roadmap for Audiological Care (AC)

  • Define, develop and implement standards/procedures for ensuring optimal customer experience on behalf of our group companies

  • Leverage customer insight and collaborate closely with different departments, subsidiaries and Group Companies to define the digital Customer Experience strategy for the AC Business Unit and oversee the restructuring of our organization into a customer-focused establishment

  • Single point of contact for Sonova Audiological Care with regards to Omnichannel-related topics


 


Your profile


 



  • 10+ years’ experience in customer journey and business transformation 

  • Experience in digital marketing, strategic and conceptual thinking and CRM based know-how from a global role

  • Experience from the health care or a related industry is a must

  • Able to manage roll-outs and implement digital marketing into the daily business at the group country level

  • Comprehensive understanding of the customer experience ecosystem and how digital and traditional customer experiences work together

  • Understanding of the role that brand and experience play in marketing strategy

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
