You actively coach our leadership team and partners to further develop their skills in building sustainable client relationships.
You run sales training programs, implement PwC's global sales methodology and lead aspects of our sales culture.
You coach teams on major RFPs across all phases of the sales cycle, particularly in the area of formulating the value proposition for oral proposal presentations and preparing teams for price negotiation.
You leverage our global relationships that help PwC's client partners win new engagements with strategic objectives.
You design and lead account experience and design thinking workshops with client participation.
Your profile
You have a university degree in business administration or another degree directly related to business/sales coaching - such as, psychology or social sciences.
You have at least 10 years or more experience in client development, strategic coaching, and leading sales and/or business training in a service or B2B environment.
Postgraduate studies, professional development and/or relevant a diploma in coaching or training would be an advantage.
You have experience in running Design Thinking workshops and Price negotiation skills would be a plus.
You are fluent in German and English.
You enjoy working in a global team and actively share your knowledge and experience by teaching, coaching or mentoring others.
You are open to continuous learning and development to leverage your expertise and experience for the benefit of the client and PwC.
