Maintenance Coordinator (m/f/d) 100%

Verantwortlichkeiten

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure the proper operation of production equipment to ensure production capacity and the safety of people and property.


• Manage the daily tasks of the department's employees


• Troubleshooting of production equipment


• Manage development and continuous improvement projects related to the function.


• Develops and implements a maintenance strategy


• Documentation management: keep departmental documentation up to date, establish procedures and participate in the follow-up of deviations or complaints


• Ensure communication with production


• Lead investigations, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions and closure of exception management documentation in a timely manner


• Lead internal work groups within the scope of this position


• Within projects, support the manufacturing operation organization for an effective implementation and understanding of the Lean Six Sigma methodology

Qualifikationen

YourQualifications:

• Apprenticeship in Automatization, Electromechanicor equivalent


• 3 -5+ years working experience in a similar position


• Good project management skills


• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across cultures and with diverse functions


• Willingness to develop him-/herself


• Excellent French and English language skills with a good knowledge of the other language. German is a plus.
