Mission:



  • Reporting to the Head of Sales and driving SpotMe's growth by focusing 100% on new Account acquisition.

  • A pure ‘hunter’ role, we are not looking for ‘farmers’.


Responsibilities:



  • Hold responsibility for new net logo acquisition from a long list of Enterprise accounts on an assigned territory;

  • Develop sales strategies to increase pipeline and meet our objectives and key results;

  • Generate new leads and opportunities assigned to your sales plan;

  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into opportunities;

  • Represent the company's interests and approach on an assigned territory;

  • Manage a high number of opportunities, from conversion to closure;

  • Maintain a positive Salesforce discipline so that you can accurately report and forecast revenue.


Requirements:



  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience (in a closing role), preferably in a B2B tech or SaaS;

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in German;

  • Fluent in English, with excellent and effective written and verbal communication;

  • Proven track record of success and over-achievement of quota with average deals of USD 100,000+ of ARR;

  • Ability to work remotely, in an effective and productive fashion;

  • Ability to manage multiple qualified leads while seeking new opportunities;

  • Ability to adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities;

  • Bachelor’s degree.
