SERVIER Product and Digital Marketing Manager (100%) To complete the marketing team based in Geneva, Servier Switzerland is looking for an experienced Product and Digital Marketing Manager. The position reports to the Marketing Director and collaborates with all departments of the local affiliate, internally and on the field, as well as with HQ teams. Product management responsibilities include developing product and portfolio strategies, defining marketing plans, and implementing promotional campaigns to achieve budgeted sales targets. As Digital Manager, you contribute to achieving the commercial growth objectives of the product portfolio in Switzerland by leading the implementation of digital marketing capabilities. Digital marketing responsibilities include defining local omnichannel engagement priorities, selecting the best channels and content to increase customer engagement, and driving the omnichannel engagement mindset in Switzerland. Define and implement the marketing and promotional plans, aiming to improve the added-value perception of our products for the benefit of the patients
Develop product and environment knowledge and become the reference person for any product- related information o Expertise in regulatory and scientific information o Continuous knowledge update, through scientific monitoring and participation in scientific conferences o Understanding of the environnent and the market through qualitative and quantitative market research and competitive intelligence o Sales force education in collaboration with regional directors
Develop the product strategy: write strategic and operational plans o Definition of the marketing strategy and elaboration of the campaign Orientation and Action plans (needs, positioning, differentiation) according to global guidelines o Exploration of product/portfolio growth opportunities o Sales forecasting
Product promotion: oversee promotional activities aiming to achieve budgeted sales targets o Product and market performance analysis o Competitive intelligence o Implementation of the promotional campaign and materials o Organization of promotional events o Media plan (print and web press) o Implementation of epidemiological studies o Evaluation and monitoring of campaigns o Management of the promotional budget

Digital marketing management
Develop a strong understanding of the local business and current digital initiatives in order to suggest appropriate digital solutions
Develop customer journeys in collaboration with other product managers and co-create multichannel brand strategies.
Drive the digitization of field teams by putting in place building blocks to drive implementation and adoption of digital behaviors for improved customer engagement o Technical platforms o Digital agency selection o Field force training
Provide training to the marketing team on how to maximize benefits of digital assets and to customer-facing teams on how to enhance multichannel usage in customer interactions
Design and implement a complete set of digital capabilities in coordination with global and other local digital leads

Maintain partner relationships, identify and source best-in-class local digital marketing partners.

Requirements
3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device field
Fluent in German and French, excellent level of English
Proven track record of development and implementation of impactful digital initiatives
Knowledge of the Swiss pharmaceutical market and regulatory environment
Team spirit and interpersonal skills
Autonomy, anticipation and reactivity
Strong data analysis skills (preferably previous usage of IMS/IQVIA data tools)
Outstanding presentation skills, including experience with various types of audiences and group facilitation
Scientific education (MSc in Pharmaceutical, Medical or Engineering)
Additional valued skills and qualities
Knowledge of the cardiovascular therapeutic area
Experience developing and implementing a complete digital strategy
