Head of Customer Success (m/w) 100%

As Head of Customer Success, it is your central task to make our customers successful.

Your main tasks:

• You work together with our customers to ensure a highly satisfactory performance of our products


• You help build a word class service organization and develop Sintratec’s service offering


• You lead our service team consisting of service engineers and technicians


• You ensure that our service team performs according to service agreements and your goals


• You work closely together with all other Sintratec departments to ensure customer success

Your profile:

• High service and customer orientation with sales flair


• Very good people skills and high quality awareness


• Good understanding of technology, solution-oriented thinking


• Education with technology background


• Management experience, for example in customer service or sales is a plus


• Very good written and spoken knowledge of English and German
