• Develop the Group’s Business Intelligence (BI) strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with other functions.


• Define and establish global standards, processes and internal management information system (MIS).


• Develop and maintain business intelligence, analytics, planning and forecasting tools.


• Coordinate the implementation of group-wide reporting and collaborate with other group functions and segments to ensure optimal business solutions.


• Drive ad-hoc projects, hands-on support to segments on BI projects, including ERP/BI rollouts, change requests etc.


• Lead and coordinate knowledge transfer sessions, establish and develop key user community, and provide support on BI related topics.


• Actively contribute to the functioning of Business Intelligence Competence Center (BICC).

 

WE PUT TRUST IN YOU: YOUR SKILLS

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP products, especially in-depth knowledge of VBA, Business Warehouse Integrated Planning and SAP Analytics Cloud.


• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with an emphasis on Finance, Data Science, Computer Science or Engineering, preferably with a business background.


• At least 5 years of work experience in a similar function with exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, planning or performance management, preferably in a multinational company.


• Profound understanding of business intelligence and analytics topic, controlling concepts, tools and solutions.


• Knowledge in SAP HANA, FICO module and other BI tools like e.g., Infor are an advantage.


• Excellent team player with refined project management skills and an ability to coordinate in a multi-cultural, international environment.
