Global Head of Alliances


Job Description


In this role, you will be responsible for the creation of the Global Alliances and Partner program and you will build a team of regional Partner Managers (4). 



  • Creation of the Partner Management function


  • Set up Partner Program


  • Global definition of the Alliances strategy and execution


  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners (CRM providers, system integrators, creative agencies)


  • Define and form strategic Alliances


  • Manage the end-to-end partner Sales Process 


  • Create guidelines for Engagement with Partners across the different departments (Sales, Service Delivery, Marketing, etc.) 


  • Track and improve performance of individual Partnerships on a global basis


  • Administration of Partner Incentives



 


Qualifications



  • University degree or relevant working experience


  • Multiple years of experience in Alliances/Channel Management is mandatory


  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter mentality


  • Enterprise Software, SaaS Experience


  • Proficiency in English is mandatory, other languages are a plus


  • Experience in Partner Marketing


  • Experience in building up Channel Sales
