The Global Brand Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and coordinating Brand activities such as Brand content, packaging, creative briefs for all channels. The main responsibility of the role is to execute & organize Brand marketing content to support the brand and business needs globally. The role will be the central point of contact for content and the station content platform update. • Execute and follow delivery of key initiatives for the brand within the ‘go-to-market’ approach for each season. • Follow and drive marketing activities based on the full year calendar with other internal departments • Follow and execute advertising materials development together with the brand manager. • Participate in packaging projects management with external agencies and internal departments. • Coordinate graphic services to ensure consistency across all initiatives. Supervise workflow, timelines to meet all deadlines. • Support GTM process with templates creation and GTM product showcase. • Ensure delivery of global needs on media, formats, styles. • Manage translation process and agencies. • Leverage and integrate consumer insights and testing to deliver effective consumer led campaigns and brand experiences. • Update Station assets platform and share folder with latest creatives and communication templates. • Collaborate on creative brief for media amplification and translations. • Support & Execute brand events and Sales meeting. • Day to day management of the budget lines for which responsible. Follow and monitor to achieve and ensure complete accuracy through Coupa process. What’s on your CV? • Academic: University degree in marketing or communication, Bachelor or Master level • 2-3 years’ experience in brand coordinator role or marketing role. • Deep understanding of Brand building tactics and KPIS. • Great organizational skills, leadership skills and entrepreneurial attitude. • Great analytical skill and data management. • Experience with content management and creation. • Team player and proactive in a fast-paced environment. • Language skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Notions of German, French, Spanish and Italian would be a plus. What’s in it for you?
