How will you make an impact?


 


This exciting venture will be the launch of Watchfinder in Zurich, increasing our presence in Switzerland even further and establishing Watchfinder as the region’s leading pre-owned watch specialist.


 


For Watchfinder, our Senior Sales & Purchasing Advisor is a true Brand Ambassador, who has experience of providing a stellar customer service experience. You are a confident communicator, driven, self-motivated and ready for a fresh and exciting challenge.


 


The role combines buying and selling pre-owned watches for a self-starting retail professional. Demonstrating strong sales skills, you will work alongside your colleagues to achieve your set goals and targets.


 


You will possess superb leadership qualities with the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients alike; the customers interests are at the heart of what you do. As the Senior Sales and Purchasing Advisor, you will demonstrate your knowledge of the purchasing, negotiation and stock procedures with confidence.

  • Greeting clients, guiding them through the Watchfinder process and acting as a true ambassador of our core values. 

  • Opening and closing of the showroom ensuring a clean and tidy working environment.

  • Keyholder responsibilities, ensuring alarm systems are working and escalating any issues.

  • Assist with the training and development of other members of the team. 

  • Composing daily reports on KPI achievement, issues and development areas for the following day

  • Cash handling and safe checks as well as managing PDQ receipts.

  • Requesting positive testimonials from customers who have purchased a watch.

  • Report weekly sales and buying activity to the Country Manager.

  • Buying, selling and negotiating prices of watches including part-exchange to secure a deal with the best possible margin.

  • Ensuring that there is compliance with sales, financial and security procedures as outlined by HQ.

Using your expert leadership skills, you will work closely with the Country Manager to spearhead the success of the boutique.
