Job Description



  • Proactive sales activities to Retail and identification of referral opportunities, aiming to achieve annual targets

  • Acquisition of new customers through various sales channels

  • Perform initial contact and continuous follow-up’s to generate net new assets in line with objectives.

  • Conduct clients in the onboarding and investment strategy setting process

  • Seek opportunities for Cross-Selling

  • Participation at exhibitions and events on behalf of SQ

  • Preparation and delivery of appropriate presentations for client meetings, events and webinars

  • Provide customer feedback to optimize tools and procedures

  • Insuring service level by understanding customer’s needs

  • Clarifications on request with other business units / internal departments

  • Preparation of Sales reports


Qualifications



  • Banking education with 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in Sales

  • Strong Know-How in Sales and negotiation techniques

  • Door Opener

  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to communicate with customers at all levels

  • Experience in closing deals of high value

  • Techniques in decision making and problem solving

  • Fluent in German and English. French is an asset
