Job Description

The Portfolio Management team and the CRM team in the Application Management Services are responsible to provide application maintenance and small enhancements services for the functional area and all related topics for our CH/FL SaaS clients.

The Portfolio Management team is covering modelling and mgmt. of client portfolio (rebalancing, investment proposition), performance and related attribution, portfolio statements and reporting, while the CRM team is covering Client Opening, Client Management (KYC, Client Lifecycle), AML supporting therefore the client relationship managers of the banks in their interaction with the clients. Your tasks will include:

• Analyze business requirements in close collaboration with clients and other stakeholders (i.e. other internal teams or 3rd party providers)


• Perform bug analysis and implement bug fixing on the parameterization and customization layer of the Avaloq’s core and Front banking platforms


• Implement and perform unit and system integration tests to meet the business requirements and guarantee the quality


• Provide support to the user acceptance test phase (on request)


• Ensure high quality service to the customers in terms of reliable delivery and efficient communication

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science/Physics/Engineering/Mathematics or comparable education


• At least 2-3 years of work experience in the fintech or financial sector


• Good programming skills and knowledge of Software Development best practices


• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills


• Excellent client-orientation and communication skills


• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Business know-how in Portfolio Management topics (Performance calculation and attribution, Assets allocation Modeling, Advisory or Discretionary Mandates, Portfolio Rebalancing) or Client Relationship Management topics are a strong advantage


• German or Italian or French language skills are considered as a plus
