The Portfolio Management team and the CRM team in the Application Management Services are responsible to provide application maintenance and small enhancements services for the functional area and all related topics for our CH/FL SaaS clients.
The Portfolio Management team is covering modelling and mgmt. of client portfolio (rebalancing, investment proposition), performance and related attribution, portfolio statements and reporting, while the CRM team is covering Client Opening, Client Management (KYC, Client Lifecycle), AML supporting therefore the client relationship managers of the banks in their interaction with the clients.
