Your Responsibilities



  • Lead New Product Development from Ideation to Launch.

  • Deliver best in class innovations and and lead go-to-market 360° activation plans.

  • Ensure excellence in execution of marketing strategy, new launch timetables and key deliverables.

  • Leading role in developing, driving and coordinating projects with all support functions (Science, R&D, Launch Management, Finance, Procurement, Legal), Creative and expert teams (Education, Digital, Communication/PR, CRM, Visual Merchandising/Store Design).

  • Lead all aspects of product and program development from concept to final delivery, and accountable to deliver step changes in portfolio performance in priority channels and regions.

  • Brand and Innovation Strategy.

  • Monitor business results and in-market performance in order to provide further recommendations to brand leadership.

  • Oversee close collaboration with regions and all stakeholders in HQ.

  • Excellent Leader and ability to inspire the team.

  • The position reports into the Global Brand Development Director.


 


 


Your Qualifications



  • 10 years of experience in a global and regional/country marketing role in the beauty or luxury industry. (must have)

  • 4 years product development experience including skin care with a proven track record.

  • Brand experience that integrates methodologies to drive full 360° activation plans with cross-functional teams including digital, increase brand desirability and enhance client experience.

  • Knowledge of luxury client mindset and distribution.

  • Well-structured, detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects at one time.

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.

  • Fluent in English, every other language is an asset
