What you achieve

• Technical support (second level support / trouble shooting) and technical product training in the area of fire detection technology in Zollikofen/BE and on site (primarily Europe)


• Preparation of technical offers in the assigned product range


• Partner- and Customer support on every phase of the project, from the offer creation to the after sales


• You ensure the expertise and application knowhow with our sales partners

What we require

• Electrotechnical education, ideally with an additional degree in telematics or IT  


• Oral and written English skills, some knowledge of German preferably


• A quick perception and a high degree of independence
