For the eastern region of Switzerland and to strengthen our team we are looking for a

Clinical Support Specialist (100%)

 

As a Clinical Support Specialist, you are the technical and sales representative of the company. In this role you cover patient cases in the Operating Room for selected customers. You focus on servicing existing customer accounts and work closely with surgeons, nurses and the sterilization department of the hospital. Additionally, on an organizational level, you interface closely with the Sales Manager and Recon Sales Representative.

For this role, you will bring several years of experience in orthopedic implant sales. Very good communication skills are just as important as a high degree of customer and results orientation. You are familiar with the structures and processes in Swiss hospitals and have successfully handled such accounts. German as native language, good English skills complete your profile.

Your main responsibilities:

• Covering cases in the OR and training and enabling OR teams


• Providing technical support and assistance to customers and interested parties (technical support, OP support, product workshops, staff training)


• Providing onsite support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build local and regional market awareness


• Managing logistics around procedure planning and consignment stock


• Providing product feedback and improvements to R&D


• Working in collaboration with Sales Manager and Recon Sales Representatives


• Attending product trade shows and annual trainings as needed

Your Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required


• Strong knowledge and experience in Orthopedics, with knowledge of competitors' products and strategies


• High degree of customer orientation and commitment


• Entrepreneurial thinking and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn: shows characteristics with high potential for future development opportunities


• Winning attitude; independent, reliable, responsible, focused and loyal


• Highly developed relationship, communication and presentation skills


• Good self-organization, independent and goal-oriented way of working combined with a high degree of result orientation


• Confident handling of modern communication tools, MS Office and willingness to learn other software programs


• German mother tongue and good English skills. Additional languages (French, Italian) are advantageous.

Travel Requirements:

This dynamic job position includes up to 100% travel activity in the assigned territory.
