The Position


You want to shape the future of Project Management within Roche Services and Solutions and Roche? Then you’re the candidate we’re looking for.


We’re a team of Project Management experts in a lean and agile environment offering various Project Management Services towards our internal customers. As we’re working in a flat hierarchy, you will directly report to the Network Head of RSS Project Management (RPM).


In this role you will be responsible for a successful Project Delivery by:



  • Providing support to align vision, values and culture through targeted change efforts, sponsor commitment, leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement and other strategic interventions


  • Creating a holistic change management strategy and integrating change management activities into project plans


  • Applying a structured methodology and driving change management and communications activities related to projects and initiatives


  • Assessing the change impact related to planned developments


  • Partnering with People & Culture (HR) to ensure that needed changes are supported by HR processes and structures


  • Creating actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan


  • Supporting various training efforts


  • Defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change progress



This position can be based in Kaiseraugst (Switzerland), Budapest (Hungary), or Rotkreuz (Switzerland).

You have an appropriate University degree and 8+ years of project management experience with a focus on organizational change management. You have a strong track record of motivating, coaching and developing individuals and teams. You bring broad organisational knowledge and savviness.


You possess the following qualifications, experience and personal attributes:



  • Strong knowledge and understanding of project management fundamentals and experience in global and complex projects, organizing and optimizing resources and establishing clear priorities


  • Relevant work experience with large-scale organizational change management efforts, also within the consulting environment. Relevant OCM certifications are required


  • A solid understanding of how people go through change and the underlying change process. Profound experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools


  • Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated proficiency in influencing, negotiating, and effective global collaboration. Ability to effectively communicate across various levels of a complex, matrix organisation. Excellent command of English


  • Service orientation mindset to shape a high quality and reliable project delivery service.


  • You are a self-driven professional, adaptable and resilient, with a growth mindset and you ‘role model’ the desired behaviours of the organisation
