The Position


You want to shape the future of Project Management within Roche Services and Solutions and Roche? Then you’re the candidate we’re looking for.


We’re a team of Project Management experts in a lean and agile environment offering various Project Management Services towards our internal customers. As we’re working in a flat hierarchy, you will directly report to the Network Head of RSS Project Management (RPM).


In this role, you will be responsible for successfully deploying projects by:



  • Being service oriented in working closely with the customer and being their first point of contact


  • Delivering the relevant tasks and projects in accordance with the selected deployment methodology


  • Ensuring that all milestones and deliverables according to the project scope are on time, within the expected quality and satisfaction levels


  • Adhering to the standard and/or project specific deployment methodology


  • Ensuring compliance with the deployment approach, governance, cost and service level parameters


  • Planning and executing process workshops or fit gap sessions together with the Business Process Management and/or other teams together with affiliates, sites or functions


  • Obtaining approval of project delivery by customers and successful handover to RSS operations or other parties



This position is based in Kaiseraugst (Switzerland).


Who you are

You have an appropriate University degree in business or economics, and 5+ years of project deployment related work experience. Finance, Procurement and/or Supply Chain experience is a plus.
 


In addition, you bring the following qualifications, experience and personal attributes:



  • Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated proficiency in influencing, negotiating, and effective global collaboration. Ability to effectively communicate across various levels of a complex, matrix organisation.


  • Service orientation mindset to shape a high quality and reliable project delivery service. Experience in a Business Operations environment is a plus.


  • Demonstrated ability to successfully direct, coordinate, and strategically integrate multiple streams of information and activities at a program level


  • You are a self-driven professional, adaptable and resilient, with a growth mindset
