Your Role and Responsibilities

You will be part of the CH&S (Corporate Health and Safety) medical and safety team DACH and act as the Focal Point for Switzerland. A such, you will have the following activities, you will :

• represent Switzerland

• in local and regional CMT (Crisis Managemement Team)

• for external provider of Health Support (and “Vertrauensarzt”)

• for authorities responsible for any health or safety related issues – legally required / ASIB

• Provide data and reporting to the CH&S management and local key stake holders

• Be the local focal point for managers and employees regarding any H&S (Health and Safety) topics (e.g. pandemic preparedness, incidents, …)

• Maintain Well being Task ID

• Provide employee communication (regular newsletters, W3Publisher webpage) on different health and safety topics to foster employee awareness

• Develop HP (Health Promotion) activities based on data and implementation end to end

• Collect approvals (all activities are financed by business)

• Negotiate with providers

• Take care of invoice handling and other administrative tasks related to HP (Health Promotion)

• Health Center operations – focal point for trainers and suppliers

This role is only available in Switzerland.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
We are looking for a professional with :
• at least 3 years of experience as a Coordinator of Health programs.
• A professional competence in Health Promotion and project management (you could have studied Health Management)
• basic knowledge of medicine, ergonomics and industrial psychology
• willingness to contribute to international and interdisciplinary teams
• good knowledge of common IT applications
• excellent communication skills and diplomatic aptitude
• the ability to work under pressure and flexibility
• the capacity to speak and work fluently in German and English
