Welcome to Swissquote! We are looking for an enthusiastic English-speaking editor for a long-term mission. As part of the Marketing department, supported by your copywriting manager, you will be a key part of the team dedicated to creating content. You will be responsible for conceiving, drafting and copy-editing Swissquote communications, with a focus on texts relating to mobile applications and platforms.

Job Description

• Creating, writing and reviewing varied content in English for Swissquote’s web interfaces, particularly its applications.


• Ensuring consistency and continuity between the user experience and the content, so as to encourage action and engagement. Deploying the customer-centric approach in all content.


• Guaranteeing the correct tone of voice in the various contact points. Knowing how to communicate the brand’s personality, including in more technical texts such as notifications or calls to action.


• Managing the translations of texts and follow-up with external translators.


• Ensuring collaboration with UX designers and project managers, so as to comply with business- and design-related requirements.


• Keeping up to date with developments in the sector and competitor products.

Qualifications

• Professional editor with 2 to 5 years’ experience (in an agency, advertiser or a media outlet), with an emphasis on UX/UI design and editing.


• Perfect command of English (bilingual level), complemented by an understanding of French. Fluency in German an advantage.


• Substantial experience in the web and/or social media areas, with an understanding of web standards.


• Proven writing skills, with an ability to write incisively and creatively, and impeccable spelling. You can write clearly, concisely and persuasively in a way that encourages engagement.


• You are organised, open-minded and have a keen eye for detail.


• Excellent capacity to work independently and as part of a team.


• Ability to work in a constantly and rapidly changing universe, with a flexible and proactive approach.


• Knowledge of or interest in the world of trading and banking are an advantage.
