Key Responsibilities will include:

• Understanding the End-to-End Gourmet Supply Chain, from WE & local factories in all regions through EDC / local warehouses through to customers and distributors to the end-users


• Analysing the Gourmet distributors’ and customers’ expectations and needs wrt delivery service ( supply chain performance)


• Formulating optimal supply chain strategy for separate Gourmet customer segments, as well as intercompany supply of Gourmet global brands


• Adapting Gourmet supply chain strategy to individual country needs outside WE


• Leading Supply Chain improvement projects (eg labeling, complexity reduction, GPC)


• Leading Supply Chain side of all Gourmet Global portfolio initiatives (innovation / renovation / footprint optimization)


• Formulating a Gourmet Make / Buy strategy in cooperation with planning and purchasing, and optimization of Co-manufacturing / Co-packing


• Leading the S&OP process for Global Gourmet


• Monitoring/Consolidating the demand forecast for Gourmet outside WE

Deliverables:

• On-time-in-full Supply Chain support of Gourmet innovation & renovation projects


• Gourmet Make / Buy studies & Co-manufacturing / Co-packing optimization projects


• Key Improvement projects, linked to specific customer / markets issues


• SLAs to be put in place with all Gourmet countries – to reflect our external service commitments


• On time in full, in market delivery of innovation projects


• Growing Supply Chain capabilities in regions / countries


• Consolidated Forecast Accuracy & Bias, Stock-mix and Case fill targets, linked to full implementation of S&OP process

Profile:

• You have a Master degree and 8-10 years of relevant international supply chain experience within FMCG.


• You have a solid project management experience.


• You have strong influencing and stakeholder management skills. You're able to drive change within the organisation.


• You dispose of an entrepreneurial mindset.


• You're fluent in English.  Any other language is an asset.


• You will be based in Europe (of which 1 day/week in Belgium) and willing to travel up to 50%.


• You report to Vice-President Global Gourmet – with dotted reporting line to VP Global Supply Chain


• You will liaise closely with all regional Supply Chain teams (most notably EMEA)
