In this role you will boost our Global Marketing & Communications team with valuable capabilities in digital marketing and marketing automation. As a Switzerland-based part of the global team, you will have regular exchange with colleagues in several countries around the globe, bringing SPS digital marketing to a new level.

• Implement marketing automation: set-up, test, execute and report on digital campaigns for lead management, lead nurturing, lead scoring and lead routing
• Create our customer journeys for C-Level
• Create nurturing streams, develop relevant content and bring new ideas for continuous improvement
• Develop, coordinate and execute marketing automation training programs for colleagues
• Social Media management: design & enforce SPS presence on Social Media (focus on B2B: LinkedIn & Twitter) via Oktopost Platform


• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Business Informatics
• At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a similar position with focus on Marketing Automation
• Solid experience in implementing and running marketing campaigns, designing customer journeys and nurturing streams (ideally for B2B sector)
• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Oracle/Eloqua)
• Ability to proactively drive and create new content & come up with new ideas
• Hands-on personality who is used to work independently and has a strong affinity to marketing
• Project- & stakeholder management experience is a plus
• Fluency in business English & German
