We Elevate... Your Responsibilities


In order to achieve R&D efficiency and product field quality goals, Schindler has decided tointroduce Model Based Engineering to the R&D engineering processes. This is the core of future Data Continuity and is necessary to achieve the full potential of any implementation of
Digital Twin technologies.In this role you help us achieving this goal by ensuring the technical development of new components and systems for the global elevator business. Main tasks include:


 



  • Analyze business and stakeholders needs to define product line requirements and architectural solutions

  • Formulate functional and non-functional requirements to be created or adapted by means of systems models for Elevator System

  • Interfacing with multi-disciplinary teams understanding their different needs and converting them into effective solutions

  • Support planning and execution of the project in an Agile setup

  • Maintenance and fine tuning of Schindler PLE Methodology and support/coaching on implemented methodology

You are a highly motivated and technically savvy individual who is able to communicate well and feels comfortable working in an international and diverse environment with various stakeholders. Further requirements may include:


 



  • Master Degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering or equivalent

  • Experience in Systems/Requirements Engineering, ideallycertified INCOSE CSEP or Certified Systems Engineers (GfSE)® Level B

  • Proven experience and methodological knowledge in systems and / or requirements engineering

  • Experience in creating requirements and use cases and modeling languages (e.g. SysML)

  • Knowledge of Dassault Systems 3D Experience Platform and Cameo No Magic

  • Experience in Product Line Engineering is a plus 

  • Working proficiency in English
