This ensures we showcase Consulting in a way that is accurate, current, and relevant whilst reducing the effort required by bid teams in terms of time and resources.

Your responsibilities


As a Junior Pursuit Lead, you wear many hats. Supporting the Pursuit Coach and Lead in coordinating and driving the bid forward, you are a multi-tasker and can handle a variety of jobs at once. You make sure the wider team has what they need, when they need it, to deliver a really high-quality bid. 


The role of the Junior Pursuit Lead centres on the project management aspects of the Request for Proposal (RfP) process, freeing the client facing service team to concentrate on critical problem-solving and Subject Matter Experts content. You will work in conjunction with a graphics designer and eventually coach to provide end-to-end support to the client opportunity at hand. You should be skilled in project and time management, an excellent communicator, and a pro-active self-starter who is flexible and pragmatic and can work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines.



  • Deliver a professional and impactful end-to-end proposal project management service to our client facing teams in Consulting throughout the best practice pursuit lifecycle and proposal process (e.g. set up and manage a pursuit SharePoint / MS Teams site, create, update and monitor a proposal task tracker, establish regular checkpoint calls, set reminders, and facilitate draft reviews with appropriate client facing service team members)

  • Ensure full and complete understanding of all client-provided documents, RfP requirements to be met, selection process, and evaluation criteria

  • Enable alignment with key internal compliance teams and sales processes

  • Be pro-active in making suggestions to support client facing service team, leveraging best practice content and timesaver material wherever possible

  • Develop a strong working relationship and collaboration within the other PCoE team members in Switzerland and wider European network as well as in the wider Swiss firm


Your qualifications



  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced and demanding professional environment; ability to work under pressure with firm deadlines

  • Can-do, service-orientated and team-work mindset are musts

  • Be able to pay attention to detail and quality is essential even under time pressure

  • Passionate about continuous improvement and proactive identification of development opportunities

  • Written and verbal proficiency in German and English (mandatory), additional languages are a welcome plus

  • Excellent knowledge and confidence in using templates in both MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Power BI and extract reports from our CRM system (Salesforce)

  • Excellent organizational skills and an ability to work independently, whilst maintaining contact with colleagues at all levels

  • Consulting experience desire
