Manager, Logistics Inventory & Replenishment Management is responsible for managing and balancing company inventory through the Global supply chain network and to ensure commercial product availability and successful New Product Introductions. You will ensure that inventories are distributed in accordance with current Regulatory legislation and any specific local market guidelines. The position is accountable for the integrity of all Celgene finished goods inventories stored at Logistics Service Providers and Contract Manufacturers across the International ROW region Duties and Responsibilities Oversee development of site level distribution requirements plan that will minimize on hand inventory levels to meet financial goals and maintain expected high level of customer service. This plan will incorporate the current capabilities and restraints of each SKU: on hand inventory, production scheduling, and import timelines Maintain accurate records of inventories belonging to Celgene and ensure that Celgene's Statutory Financial Statements, Books and operational inventory reports are kept accurate Accountable for organizing physical counts and performing monthly reconciliation of Celgene owned finished goods inventories stored at all LSP's. Investigate and adjust discrepancies in collaboration with Finance. Oversee and manage process for destruction of consigned inventories Responsible for ensuring continuity of commercial product supply in International ROW markets and to prevent stock out situations Plan and execute timely replenishment of inventory to LSP's to meet market requirements in compliance with current Regulatory labelling specifications Define warehousing and system interface procedures with the LSP's and CMO's Provide inventory analysis to internal customers as required. Identify process improvements throughout the supply chain process, both operationally and systematically Direct work of Inventory Specialists, providing updates on inventory movements. Monitor and ensure overall inventory levels are maintained. Collaboration with internal customers, including but not limited to ROW and North America Logistics, Finance, Internal Audit, Global Planning and Quality Assurance in meeting defined safety stock levels Provide management updates to the current plan status, future expectations, challenges that are envisioned and potential synergistic opportunities EHS: Line Managers shall provide a safe and healthy work environment for their staff in areas under their control, and shall ensure compliance with relevant rules and legislation in those areas Skills/Knowledge Required A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in planning, logistics, or operations management Minimum 7 years' experience in inventory control in the pharmaceutical industry Prior ERP system experience required (preferably Oracle), high level of computer literacy (Excel, Powerpoint) Must be a self-starter with strong commitment to development and continuous improvement of systems, operations and processes Knowledgeable in GDP/GMP regulations Strong background of pharmaceutical quality and compliance Ability to work on cross-functional teams and build partnerships Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) Black Belt or Lean 6 sigma certification a plus Excellent written and oral communication skills in English - additional language skills are an asset Wir setzen uns auf der ganzen Welt leidenschaftlich dafür ein, das Leben von Patienten mit schweren Krankheiten zu beeinflussen.
