Your field of responsibility

 

• As Senior Technical Delivery Manager within the Asset Management Technology team, you will be responsible to define and implement new strategic and digitalisation programs, impacting all areas of the business;


• You will contribute to define and implement our data strategy, working in close collaboration with the business and Chief Data Officer;


• You will contribute to define and implement the migration of our IT solutions to the public cloud;


• You will engage in the digital transformation of CSAM, including topics like cloud computing, the API economy, and data streaming;


• You will engage with different Business and IT teams within CSAM, as well as different IT teams across Credit Suisse Group to enable our key transformation programs;


• You will be a hands on Technical Delivery Manager, including participating in solutions’ design, engineering, and delivery.

Your skills and experience

 

• Hands-on experience in leading large leading IT projects. Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change across technology and business teams;


• 10+ years of experience in the Asset Management industry, with successful track record of implementing and managing IT transformations;


• Multi-year experience with Blackrock Aladdin, with a very good understanding of Aladdin technical interfaces;


• Hands-on experience with MarkLogic and extensive knowledge of modelling structured and unstructured datasets;


• Knowledge/experience with technologies like knowledge graphs, graph databases, text mining, NLP, ontology engineering, machine learning;


• Experience in design and implementation of Appian as a business process management tool;


• Knowledge of cloud computing and service offerings from leading cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure (a plus) and AWS;


• Ability to build harmonious, effective and positive relationships with multi-functional and cross-geographical partners;


• Strong oral communication in English and interpersonal skills with proven ability to impact and influence key stakeholders;


• Strong written communication in English, with experience in developing senior management presentations;


• Positive personality, can-do attitude, and innovative, design-thinking mentality combined with excellent results orientation.
