Apply Now >Save JobJob SavedWorking closely with the Division Planning Operations and various internal stakeholders, this position is accountable for enabling of our workforce towards Premier Customer Experience through functional process of Supply Chain Planning. This position is preferably based in Etoy. Otherwise, in Bielefeld or in other Parker EMEA locations depending on candidate residency. Job responsibilities:
Support Divisions concerning Supply & Demand Planning and secure governance leveraging standard tools and methodology through an Academy concept
Act as technical consultant into supply chain planning community by providing strong technical “hands-on” support
Supporting and developing team members across our EMEA community promoting capabilities
Participate in Corporate initiatives representing functional process of Planning
Actively support deployment activities of existing and new planning tools
Use analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, inform and enhance planning processes.
Consolidating data, analyzing performance, identifies problems, and develops recommendations by close collaboration with Planning teams. We would like to hear from you if you have:
Bachelor degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business or Engineering
Working experience with minimum 8 years minimum in a manufacturing or distribution environment, demonstrated exposure into process of Demand & Supply Planning.
Advanced user-knowledge of JDE Manufacturing-Distribution or SAP ECC/APO
Experience in acquiring large data sets from various sources (data marts, excel, JDE or SAP) and building repeatable and reproducible analysis
Interests in working with data and advanced analytics / statistics
Lean knowledge appreciated or willing to learn
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Very good organization of work, initiative and commitment
Team player
