Scintilla AG is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.

Job Description

• Evaluating potential new business fields and the strategic fit to Bosch Power Tools Accessories


• Consulting Product Area Teams and Excellence Functions in developing their strategy and leading cross-functional projects


• Project management of global strategic projects (e.g. M&A projects) until operational implementation


• Analyzing market trends and main competitors


• Preparation of top management presentations

Qualifications

• Completed degree, ideally in the areas of business administration, economics or business engineering


• Several years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate development or strategic marketing in an international environment


• Initiative personality with high social and communication skills


• Good organisation skills, flexibility and resilience


• Goal oriented, analytical & structured way of working


• Excellent conceptual skills


• Very good written and spoken German and English skills


• Proficient MS-Office knowledge (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
