This position is embedded in the Client Marketing team which is based on 4 pillars: Client Relation, Client Services, Client Insights and Client Data & Knowledge.
The International Client Data Reporting Analyst will be part of the Client Data & Knowledge team under the supervision of the International Client Data Analysis manager.
He/she will participate in the development of the Client Knowledge strategy of the Maison.
This newly created position will help to build and maintain the Client department’s reporting strategy in the given Cartier and Richemont framework. He will also be responsible for ensuring that 360° client related data are gathered in the GCP Datalake, with a high quality so that it can be leveraged in reporting and analysis.
Our ambition is to build and develop data intelligence to gain in-depth Client Knowledge so as to better answer clients’ needs and increase the impact of our initiatives.
The International Client Data Reporting Analyst will work closely with many Central teams (Cartier Data Office, Client Marketing, Marketing, Communication, etc) and with other Richemont teams (Marketing Services, IT, etc).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The International Client Data Reporting Analyst will be the expert of the Cartier Client database, will integrate new Client related data in the Richemont data lake (Google Cloud Platform) and perform sanity checks (e.g. Salesforce data, Customer Service data). In addition, the incumbent will develop use cases from data lake project (linked to navigation KPIs or product lifecycle information).
In addition, the person will define, develop and share the key definitions on Client data within the Maison. The person will own the base framework for all Client analysis data reporting, maintains the Client Analysis KPIs glossary and implement them in the reporting tool and make them accessible to others.
Then, the incumbent will design and develop reports for Markets ‘client activity monitoring and for Central teams on client’s activities.
JOB PROFILE:
-Master's degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or related field
-2 years to 5 years’ experience in Client reporting and analysis within an international Company.
-Experience in development of dashboards is mandatory
-Experience in SQL is mandatory. Experience with Google Looker and Google BigQuery would be a strong asset
-Knowledge of Cloud environment is a plus (GCP, Azur, AWS)
-Solid analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
-Good communication and organizational skills
-Ability to interact with a wide variety of functions
-Strong team spirit
-Fluent in both English & French
