Position Overview


Role Description



  • Servicing DB Capital Markets key clients by providing a holistic sales coverage


  • Major responsibilities:




  • Pro-active and integral advisory & sales services for Capital Markets Direct Access Clients


  • Providing comprehensive client service in regards to Capital Markets


  • Very close collaboration with the Relationship Managers, Investment Managers and the Trading team


  • Owning all CM related tasks of a client (coverage, pre-sale and post-sale)



Role Objective



  • Being a key-player in the Capital Markets Advisory & Sales Team (with focus on Direct Access Clients). Providing a holistic, pro-active and service oriented client coverage across the asset classes


  • Further developing relationships with clients by providing an extraordinary and value added service


  • Understanding and ability to asses all business and transaction related risks, including market-risks, credit-risks, operational-risks, and reputational-risks



Requirements



  • Required Capital Markets knowledge, incl. derivatives, Fixed Income, Equity, Listed Derivatives and Foreign Exchange


  • Good knowledge of Bloomberg and Microsoft office programs


  • Strong team player with strong initiative spirit


  • Working precisely and quickly


  • Strong interaction and relationship managements skills


  • Strong communication skills (verbally and in written) in English and German


  • Full awareness of legal, compliance and regulatory requirements associated to the job


  • Banking / Financial education


  • Background on banking operational side
