Analytics Program Leader (m/w/x)

Program Management of large scale analytics program: As the overall program leader you will be responsible for project management, commercials, profit and loss and functional direction of 100+ analytics team members. You will need to provide overall direction, make decisive trade offs and ensure program tracking and course correction.
2. Sales and solutioning of large analytics programs: As the senior analytics leader within IBM’s Swiss Consulting practise, you will also be responsible for solutioning, writing and designing proposals and making client pitches for large analytics programs. You will play a key role as a go to market consulting leader.
3. Client relationship management with C-Suite: This role requires active client relationship ownership as well as ability to manage client satisfaction and own net promoter scores
4. Leading multi-disciplinary multi-country teams: IBM regularly leverages it’s global delivery network to deliver large scale program. You will be required to build and manage large teams across a number of geographies including nearshore and offshore location. Empathy and understanding of multi-cultural team management is crucial.
5. Building thought leadership by developing reusable assets, sales collateral, code assets and points of views: As a leading analytics subject matter expert, you will be required to bring to bear your thought leadership, both internally and externally to develop collateral, assets and deliver points of views which furthers IBM’s brand.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
We are looking for a professional with in general around 10 years of experience as an analytics program leader. You will come along with :
– Data and Analytics : at least 10 years experience delivering data and analytics projects (Preferred Technologies: Snowflake, Wherescape, DataVault 2.0, PowerBI, Python, and AWS)
– Consumer Industry Expertise : prior experience working with at least 10 different retail and Consumer and Retail Industry companies in the data and analytics domain
– Specific Tobacco Industry Knowledge : minimum 5 years experience working with companies (2+) in the Tobacco industry
– Large scale delivery : experience leading and delivering large scale global data and analytics programs (at least 100 FTE’s across 10 countries)
– Prior consultancy and stakeholder management experience required
– People leadership experience of running very large, diverse ad multi-country teams
– Effective communication skills including senior management along with possibility to influence the technology direction with C-suite leaders.
– Education: Masters degree or higher in a numeracy based degree (mathematics, statistics, engineering, etc)
– English fluent
