For our Chocolate Academy in Zurich, we are looking for a talented


Chocolate Academy Coordinator 80-100%


with an affinity for social media & content creation.


 


In this exciting role you will coordinate the overall agenda of the Chocolate Academy Zürich and implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts.


Responsibilities


Administration



  • Administration of the budget of the Chocolate Academy


  • Coordinate the presentations for internal and external customer seminars


  • The overall agenda of the Chocolate Academy (capacity of the chefs), including  contact with our Ambassadors in the local market, organization of courses, co-creation / inspiration days with customers


  • Support to existing sponsoring


  • Organisation and coordination of the recipe database 


  • Support on event planning for other business units (we work on matrix organization)


  • Smooth running of general administrative jobs



 


Social Media and Content Creation



  • Keep the Website of the Chocolate Academy updated and oversee social media accounts’ layout


  • Be a self-starter in creating social media content with the local chefs 


  • Have strong passion for producing own pictures, engaging text  (German, English and French) and short videos to be posted on our social media channels


  • Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans



 


Requirements



  • Proven work experience as an overall administration generalist


  • EFZ with further education in Marketing, New Media or hospitality degree with further training in Marketing


  • Talented organiser with multitasking and analytical skills


  • Excellent communication skills in English, German and French


  • Be  a digital native who is passionate for food and food trends (the world of chefs)


  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
