Then you must be the right talent to join our Controlling team as Business Controller Distribution (4 Months - Potentially longer)!  

 

You will make an impact by:

• Being a business partner to the HQ & Regions teams: translating the Brand strategy to the Regions and HQ functions, coordinating with them and leading through Budget/LE process, challenging their requests, advising and training, when necessary


• Monitoring performance to quantify risks & opportunities vs Budget/Last Estimates


• Identifying, proposing, and implementing constant improvement to the Brand financial reporting to monitor Brand & Subsidiaries KPIs


• Increasing the efficiency of cost control mainly related to Selling & Distribution (HQ & market level)


• Following up CAPEX and anticipating costs deviations vs latest forecasts


• Analyzing brand boutiques profitability quarterly


• Participating to the 5 years planning, budget and last estimate processes


• Preparing, analyzing, and presenting the investment requests to open/relocate/renew internal/external Boutiques

 

Your exceptional skills we are looking for:

• You hold a solid Finance/Controlling experience in an international environment


• You are able to understand and act in a complex, multicultural and changing environment


• You are aware of expertise & accounting principles knowledge (IAS/IFRS)


• You are analytical minded and solution driven


• You are energetic and willing to support the business at the best of your capacities


• You are able to work on multiple tasks and with several stakeholders


• You are proactive, innovative, curious, audacious, resilient, flexible and agile


• You possess a high level of ethics and values standards and a strong sense of confidentiality


• You speak fluent French & English
