Rôle


The Change Management coordinator is responsible for the Release Management lifecycle which includes scheduling & coordinating and the management of releases across the digital product groups for multiple applications. His main stakeholders are Maisons and Richemont digital Program/Project Managers or Product Owners in addition to Change Managers from the other Technology Department units. The candidate has strong Agile methodology knowledge and/or Scale Agile


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Change management
• Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities within the product Domain
• Support Communication efforts (product Teams delivery and communications between other product domains)
• Assess, with technical teams, impacts of branches and code merges, identify key stakeholders if needed
• Plan the release windows and cycles across a Program/feature delivery, ensure progression of code from test environment to production. Releases can be linked to projects or products, application updates, operating systems, patches, security improvements, hardware upgrade….
• Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality
• Coordinate release content and effort based on the service request backlog, pending service requests, third party applications, or operating system updates
• Maintains the release schedule for all core services and ensure alignment across partners and vendors
• Continually work towards making improvements in the release process and in its implementation (key contact of DevOps team)
• Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists
• Communicate release details and schedules to the Product owners, Project Managers, and other Change Managers within the group at different locations
• Maintain a release repository and manage key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists


Profil


EDUCATION
• Engineer degree preferred in an IT-related field
• Solid professional reference


KEY COMPETENCIES
Technical
• Strong Agile methodology knowledge, Scale Agile will be an asset
• Strong Scope, Test and Risk management skills
• Versioning, Branching (Gitflow) and Environment management
• Strong Atlassian suite knowledge, especially JIRA
• Experience in continuous deployment (concept & tools)
• Knowledge of SAP environment will be appreciated
• ITIL certification would be an asset


Soft skills
• Strong service-oriented are the main strengths to succeed in this role.
• Ability to communicate with highly technical and business teams
• Good communication skills, with high attention to detail
• Strong client/stakeholders management, dynamic and self-motivated Multitasking, analytical, problem solving and organization skills
• Good stress management
• Ability to work in a multi-national / -cultural environment
• English and French, both fluent


EXPERIENCE
• Strong technical background in Digital related technologies
• Experience in Agile software development lifecycle and/or Scale Agile
• 5 years of previous release and/or change management experience
