Poste

Based in our Switzerland (Meyrin) Head Office, and part of our Central Europe Team (Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Romania and Czech Republic) you will be joining our Accounting Department to support the Head of Account as well as the Accountant Team in charge of our 14 Stores.

In your role you will report directly to the Head of Accounting.

The missions will be as follows:

• Responsible for General Ledger entities, which includes payroll, asset management, for a legal entity etc.


• Operationally involvement on AP, including control of invoices by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling them for the region, including bank and cash-out reconciliations


• VAT calculation and reporting


• Support the operational requirements


• Prepare documentation and support communication with our external auditors


• Active role in the monthly / quarterly closing process


• Account reconciliations

Profil

University degree in finance /accounting and equivalent of relevant experience minimum 5 years in accounting department within an international environment.

Some of main skills and strengths:

• Fluent in German and English are mandatory, other languages are a plus


• Experience in a dynamic international environment is required


• Strong customers orientation (service minded)


• Capable of handling multiple tasks, proactive and to work autonomously with some direction


• Able to meet with tight deadlines and to cope with changes


• Advanced Excel skills and SAP are a plus


• An enquiring mind, supportive of continuous process improvement


• Previous retail industry experience and/or multinational company experience are a plus.


• Available in August/September 2021 to start.
