By now our customers have grown from survey and mapping professionals to scientists, humanitarian organizations and environmentalists. This fast growth requires external fundraising, good investor relations, business case development and solid financial planning. That’s where you come in to join a four-person team which covers all aspects of fundraising, finance, legal, insurances and more.
Responsibilities
Raise an ambitious Series B together with the CFO/CEO: Business case development, market analysis, pitch deck creation, investor screening, presentations, negotiations, etc.
Lead and co-lead large projects
Lead, spar and support finance responsibilities including budgeting, closing, metrics / KPIs, investor relations, non-dilutive funding, ERP, legal
Help bring our finance and fundraising processes to the next level
Requirements
Highly motivated to contribute to a leading high-tech company in the aerial robotics space
Min. 3 years professional experience in fundraising, venture capital, product management, finance or similar
Solid understanding of scale up funding and drivers of company value
Strong communication and presentation skills for high stake presentations and negotiations
Open to flexible working time with peaks and lows
Willingness to travel to investors overseas
Ability to organise and control complex multi-department projects
Ability to thrive and make an impact on the company goals in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
Business fluency in English
Higher educational degree in field of Finance, Legal, Engineering, or similar
Plus
German business fluency
Experience in a scale up company
Some level of technical understanding
