Trainee program (15 months) in the business segment Paper&Board with focus on pigment coating applications for board, packaging and graphical papers
On the job training with our most recent coating pigment innovation
Act as an innovation project manager to get familiar with our development process
Collaborate with specialists from various areas, e.g. engineering, research & development, to build your company network
Transfer knowledge to our regional organizations
Support our business development, technical service and sales teams, preferably with direct customer contacts, to understand their needs and to provide the best fitting solution
Capture and asses ideas and possibilities to further grow our portfolio of innovative products in Paper&Board coating applications
MSc- or PhD-degree of a Paper Science Program
High level of personal initiative and independent action, setting ambitious targets
Quick grasp for training in changing areas of responsibility, curiosity about the unknown and unfamiliar, and the ability to develop innovative solutions
Thinking and acting as an entrepreneur and excellent analytical thinking
Ability to communicate and present subjects to specific target groups
Able to work in cross-functional team environments
Some initial professional experience would be a plus
Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages would be a plus
Willing to have one or two work assignments abroad (up to 6 months)
