What you can expect

• Joining a project related to the development of a complex logistical application.


• Working in an international agile software development team as a Business Analyst.


• Being the SPOC on the technical topic for the client.


• Establishing a connection between the client’s departments and Capgemini’s delivery teams.


• Cooperating with the customer’s Product Owner to define application requirements.


• Converting the requirements into epics and user stories, and ensuring that the implementation developed by software development teams is compliant with the initial request.


• Providing advice to the client team on-site, conducting demos and supporting user acceptance tests.


• Collaborating closely within a team of Business Analysts.

What we expect from you

• University degree in Computer Science or similar degree program related to IT.


• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in software development projects, e.g. in the role of Business Analyst, Business Architect, IT Consultant, Software Engineer, or Requirements Engineer.


• Proven practical experience in requirements analysis and very good knowledge of business analysis methods and tools.


• Acquaintance with Agile methodology.


• Technical knowledge in logistics braced with several years of practical professional experience in the logistics industry.


• Ability to engage with the customer and the teams.


• Proficiency in German and English.
