Product Marketing (Campaign) Manager (m/f/d)


In this role you will drive value extraction for Seedcare, combining Products, Application and Services (PAS) into a compelling value proposition for New Product Introductions (NPI) globally. You will lead projects across several regions, connecting to the local campaign & Seedcare teams, sharing best practices and co-developing marketing support materials to clearly visualize Seedcare benefits. Furthermore, you will lead the development of new visualization tools & transforming technically data into commercial visualization and value.


Your responsibilities:



  • Represent global Seedcare Institute (SCI) within NPI team (globally). Support local launch team within country with implementation and visualising of PAS offer, creating demo kits for various events with customers. Make sure that all best practices and generated materials will be captured.

  • Lead and coordinate SCI activities within must-wins projects with selected region on annual base, define objectives and deliverables, capture best practice, including content, materials and new tools and approaches, and share success stories within Seedcare community.

  • To scout new tools, upgrade and adopt an existing one, compose the implementation protocols and tutorials, to scale up knowledge within organization.

  • Set up and execute trials for capturing a visualization content for selected projects (in SCI and with an external suppliers). Maintain and further develop the expert’s data base from Syngenta source (R&D sites, Crop protection development teams and external suppliers).

  • Demonstrate Seedcare product performance/technology in workshops, training sessions and visitor programs. Generate digital data (high quality pictures, time-lapse videos, tutorial videos).

 

Qualifications

 

What are we looking for:



  • Education in agronomy/ plant science/ biology with background in plant Protection & Seeds, Pathology or morphology with 2-5 years of experience and direct interaction with customers (internal/external) and service programs implementation (end-to-end approach)

  • Good understanding of seed treatment technology, customers and market as a driver of innovation and differentiation

  • Experience in leading campaigns & projects within a cross-functional environment

  • Creativity to identify features of value to differentiate our products from competition (e.g study design, test systems, easy to perform, use and explain, visualize) and be able to bring it to the practical use

  • Being able to transform complex results into messages, also understandable by non-experts in the field

  • Lead cross-functional projects, customer events & trainings independently, with excellent stakeholder management

  • Clear customer service mentality with advanced marketing and project management skills

  • Excellent networking, influencing and communication skills
