HR Operations Analyst (12 months contract)


 


 


As an HR operations Analyst, you will be responsible for HR administration across multiple European countries with an emphasis on Switzerland/France/Germany.


You will also be in charge of completing transactions in the HR systems, collecting and preparing documentation, disseminating information and reporting to downstream parties as required. The HR operations Analyst also provides support in the area of HR policies, HR data processing, HR systems, problem resolution.


 


Key responsibilities:


 



  • Manage candidate interviews, travel arrangements and the New hire process with HRBP, Hiring Manager, Talent Acquisition and Candidate

  • Manage and coordinate the pre-employment paperwork and onboarding process

  • Manage and coordinate new employee benefit enrollment

  • Drive resolution of customer request to successful resolution within agreed SLAs

  • Process new hires, leaves, separations, employee status changes, and other employee lifecycle events in HR systems, conducting steps outside of the system as required (i.e., creating documentation, preparing notifications, using tools and logic to conduct additional analyses)

  • Create and update articles and presentations regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures

  • Analyze data and trends and utilize findings to create graphical representation and reports

  • Resolve customer requests and refer customers to the appropriate internal or external resources

  • Ensure that all necessary documents and approvals have been received and information is entered accurately

  • Conduct data quality reviews, monitor and correct processing errors

  • Coordinate data entry into third party systems where not automated

  • Maintain electronic documents and records to meet record-keeping requirements

  • Assist in HR systems testing upgrades and new system functionality

  • Coordinate and integrate with other functions (IT, Legal, Finance, etc.) and external parties (e.g., vendors) to complete business processes

  • Assist team members with problems, concerns, or questions relating to employee data, jobs and positions, and compensation administration

  • Provide language expertise and / or translation support for documentation and escalations

  • Assist the local HR team with local transactional and administrative duties related mainly to Post mail; File, scan and archive employee-related documents; Review and check HROC docs to ensure data accuracy, Coordinate the finalization of documents (print, get wet signatures and send), be the link between HROC and Local HR.


 


 


Requirements and qualifications:


 



  • Federal certificate as a commercial employee or similar diploma

  • Fluency in French and German is required, and minimum B2 in English

  • 3-5 years of work experience within an industrial environment

  • Knowledge of HR System (WORKDAY, PEOPLECLICK, SAP or Success Factors…) is required

  • Advanced knowledge of MS office

  • Strongly focused on customer service

  • Communication skills

  • Focus on detail and ability to learn fast

  • Strong analytical skills & attention to detail

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

  • Ability to demonstrate effectiveness and work independently
