• As our new ECU platform manager (m/f), you will hold overall responsibility for the achievement of project goals in an international development and industrialization network


• You will achieve quality, costs, time and customer satisfaction goals for your ECU platform


• You lead a project team within our international development matrix


• You are the main contact person for control units (ECU) for our management for supplier selection, supplier development, industrialization, start of production and within series production


• You hold process responsibility for 'lessons learned', change management (AEMA), product validation planning and approval


• You need to monitor and drive optimization of our ECU manufacturing together with the supplier quality management and industrialization teams


• You will confidently drive the optimisation of our product and processes

• You hold a university degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering


• You posses a very good understanding of electronic control units in safety-relevant mechatronic systems (ASIL, ISO26262)


• We expect multiple years of experience in international project management in a matrix organization, ideally within the automotive industry


• You have strong presentation and communication skills at all levels (production, development, management)


• You are characterized by strong assertiveness and an inspiring leadership style


• You are willing to travel internationally


• Very good English skills required, knowledge of German beneficial
