Working on a daily basis with various stakeholders (DAZN, EHF and EHF Marketing) within the multifaceted handball project, as well as several internal departments
Overviewing and coordinating the delivery of sponsorship rights for EHF Club Competitions sponsors in several areas (artworks/designs, LED animations, ticketing, on-site activations, digital rights) and also providing creative input with regards to activation concepts
Client servicing tasks by acting as an interface between EHF / EHF Marketing and the sponsors/agencies regarding the coordination of marketing implementation processes (deadlines, approvals, LED playlists, etc.)
Overviewing all market research and media evaluation topics, in close alignment with the internal Business Intelligence Team and external service providers (online dashboard, sponsor reports, support tools for sales team)
Supporting both the Central Marketing Sales and Marketing Sales Support Teams by ensuring a smooth and regular share of information with respect to the creation of various sales material
Administrative tasks such as looking after the internal contract circulation, chasing invoices and payments
Preparing of documentations and presentations for clients as well as planning, preparing and co-ordination of meetings, workshops and other client specific assemblies
Fulfilling of the daily tasks in line with any procedures/policies and in a professional manner according to the needs of the line manager
Assisting the entire Handball Team with day-to-day business, as well as on events (e.g. on-site rights delivery support for National Team Competitions)
Educational Background
Specialised education (Bachelor/Commercial Education with further diploma) and ideally in Marketing, Business Administration with Sports Management specialisation
Experience & Competencies
Solid marketing and brand knowledge
At least 2-3 years experience in a marketing environment, ideally in the sports industry. Experience in marketing operations would be an advantage
Ability to quickly adapt to and deal effectively with a fast-changing environment
Understand the relevance of bringing added value for sponsors and be aware of the commercial impact
Internally and externally responsive and sensitive behaviour
Detail orientation and structured thinking
Strong team spirit
Strong attitude towards high quality, excellence in delivery and ‘client-first’ thinking (external & internal)
Languages
English fluent; German advantageous
