Lunaphore Technologies is a young scale-up active in the Life Sciences field developing
products based on a microfluidic technology to analyze tissue samples in immuno-oncology
research. Lunaphore is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our team and contribute

Job overview
We are looking for an Intellectual Property Specialist to strengthen our team. The key mission
is to maintain the sustainable competitive advantage of Lunaphore and protect the
innovative product portfolio.
Responsibilities and duties

• Drafting patent applications and managing patent application procedures in
  collaboration with patent attorneys.


• Conducting state-of-the-art searches.


• Continuous monitoring of the intellectual property landscape; preparing and
  conducting focused freedom-to-operate analyses.


• Managing intellectual property with collaborative partners and advising management
  regarding joint rights.


• Advising management on IP strategy. Serving as a hotline for the team, answering
  questions and offering guidance on all relevant IP processes, including identification of
  potential inventive steps.


• Keeping track of all IP documents, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, and
  designs. Ensuring timely execution of filings and payments to corresponding
  stakeholders.

Required qualifications

• An experience of at least 5 years in a similar position.


• A good understanding of IP fundamentals.


• A technical background is highly desired, ideally at the interface of engineering and
  biology.


• Proficiency in English (at least C1).

• Ability to interact and work in a team.


• Capacity to adapt in a constantly changing environment.
